A Fintech firm redefining treasury and liquidity management is hiring an Account Manager, Client Success to support and grow relationships with some of the world's leading hedge funds and private equity firms.
This role involves owning and expanding client relationships, driving adoption of a sophisticated SaaS platform, and contributing to revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling. This individual will oversee ongoing engagement with a portfolio of firms, ensuring consistent use of the platform, identifying areas for deeper integration, and helping clients achieve operational efficiency in their financial workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a primary contact for a portfolio of hedge funds and private market firms
* Supporting client adoption and long-term engagement with the platform
* Working cross-functionally to address client needs and deliver strategic value
* Identifying opportunities to expand platform use and support broader business goals
* Contributing insights to help evolve the product and client experience
Required experience:
* 5+ years in account management, client success, or relationship management
* Experience in Financial Services or working with alternative asset managers
* A proactive, organized approach to managing client relationships
* Familiarity with SaaS platforms and an understanding of investment operations
