Your Role:
As a Junior Working Capital Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team and contributing to the success of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Transaction Origination, Structuring, and Execution: Assist in the creation, structuring, and execution of new transactions within the Working Capital Finance domain, including Supply Chain Finance, Borrowing Base Finance/Inventory Finance, and Structured Receivable Finance. You will focus on clients across the DACH region, particularly Switzerland.
- Building and Leveraging Networks: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Relationship Managers and other client-facing team members to effectively promote the Working Capital Finance product suite and uncover new client opportunities.
- Conducting Working Capital Analysis: Perform thorough working capital analyses for both existing and prospective clients, contributing to the development and enhancement of product solutions aimed at driving business growth.
- Collaborating with Asset Finance Team: Work closely with the Asset Finance team to ensure that relevant business opportunities are identified and pursued effectively, maximising the value of cross-functional collaboration within the organisation.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 2-6 years of experience in working capital solutions with a strong track record in Supply Chain Finance, Inventory and Borrowing-Based Finance, Trade Receivables Finance.
- Relationships: Ability to develop and maintain networks of DACH and Nordic clients within the Mid to Large Cap space.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial products, working capital management, and market dynamics.
- Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building influential client relationships.
- Languages: Fluency in German and English is essential.
