Structured product Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Structured Product Sales professional with 4+ years of experience to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structured products across asset classes, a proven track record in client relationship management, and the ability to deliver tailored investment solutions to institutional and/or high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and distribute structured products across equity, fixed income, FX, and hybrid asset classes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, private banks, family offices, and wealth managers.
- Understand client investment objectives and risk profiles to propose suitable structured solutions.
- Collaborate with structuring, trading, and research teams to deliver customised product offerings.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, term sheets, and marketing materials.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all sales activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in structured product sales or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of structured products, derivatives, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a client book.
- Familiarity with pricing tools and Bloomberg/Reuters platforms.
Preferred:
- Experience working with cross-border clients or in a multi-asset environment.
- CFA or other relevant certifications.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
