Selby Jennings has partnered with an exciting Boston-based Fintech firm as they look to expand their tech team's headcount through 2025. One of their top priorities is a new, Software Engineering Manager, who will be responsible for developing high performance software/hardware appliances for financial markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, coding in C or C++
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organization
Responsibilities:
