A global, independent, and employee-owned metals trading company is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join its finance team. The firm operates across international markets, trading in both precious and base metals, and providing structured financing and investment solutions to clients worldwide.
This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-value trading environment. The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing daily liquidity, optimizing the use of credit facilities, and overseeing loan and collateral positions. The position requires close coordination with trading, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure financial operations align with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across departments to support operational execution, document flow, and treasury-related projects
- Monitor and value metal inventories and shipment-level financing on a daily basis
- Oversee daily liquidity and collateral positions, ensuring efficient use of credit lines and banking relationships
- Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management on capital usage, financing costs, and credit facility utilization
- Manage the company's loan portfolio, including booking, tracking, and analyzing borrowing needs
Qualifications:
- Able to work independently in a full-time, on-site role
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to manage complex financial data
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking (commodities experience preferred)
