The Role
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the business development strategy across Eastern Europe. You will leverage your existing network and client book to grow the assets under management, while delivering exceptional service and tailored investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices from Eastern Europe.
- Bring and grow your own book of clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into our platform.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive client acquisition in the region.
- Collaborate with our investment and compliance teams to deliver customised wealth management solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and regulatory developments.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a Relationship Manager or Private Banker, with a strong network in Eastern Europe.
- A portable book of clients with a demonstrated history of loyalty and growth.
- Deep understanding of wealth management, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for client service and business development.
- Fluency in English and ideally one or more Eastern European languages (e.g., Russian, Polish, Romanian, etc.).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Geneva.
