Senior Quant Developer - Crypto (m/f)
The Role
This position is part of a dedicated crypto trading team, focused on developing and refining the quantitative technology infrastructure that powers systematic strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and building front-office systems that support the full trading lifecycle, including data ingestion, risk management, live execution, post-trade processes, and infrastructure.
- Collaborating closely with traders and quantitative researchers to deploy, support, and automate 24/7 trading strategies.
- Integrating with decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms and incorporating real-time on-chain data feeds.
- Contributing to both greenfield initiatives and the enhancement of an existing, sophisticated technology stack.
- Providing mentorship to junior developers and promoting high standards in software development.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will bring:
- 3 to 10 years of professional experience in software development or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in C++, with additional experience in Python considered a plus.
- A background in systematic or algorithmic trading is advantageous.
- A genuine interest in cryptocurrencies and decentralized finance.
- A commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
- Experience building real-time, scalable, and robust systems.
- The ability to design and implement high-throughput, end-to-end trading solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS is beneficial.
