🔧 Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable smart contracts and core DeFi protocol components using Rust
Integrate cross-chain bridges, wallet SDKs (e.g. MetaMask, Phantom), and on-chain/off-chain data interaction modules
Build and optimize on-chain data ingestion and analytics tools for real-time DeFi operations
Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and crypto researchers to launch impactful features
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Rust, Web3, Layer 1/L2 ecosystems, and crypto security

✅ Requirements
3+ years of Rust programming experience, with strong knowledge of async programming and memory-safe system design
Hands-on experience with blockchain development (e.g. Solana, Substrate, Cosmos, or Ethereum-based chains)
Familiarity with DeFi primitives, cross-chain bridges, and Web3 wallet integration
Strong understanding of blockchain data structures, indexing, and event tracking
Fluent in English or Chinese; excellent communication in a remote-first environment

Prior experience in shipping DeFi products (DEX, lending, staking, etc.)
Contributions to open-source blockchain or Web3 projects
Knowledge of zk-SNARKs, Layer 2 scaling, or MEV mitigation
