Role overview:
As a portfolio manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing discretionary and systematic strategies across equity options. You will have the autonomy to shape the desk's direction, backed by the firm's robust infrastructure, capital, and risk management support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement medium-to long-term position-taking strategies in equity options
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and risk assessment
- Collaborate with internal teams including technology, risk and operations
- Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Mentor junior traders and contribute to the growth of the desk
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing equity options portfolios
- Proven track record of profitability and risk-adjusted returns
- Deep understanding of options pricing, volatility, and market microstructure
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
