Responsibilities
- Performance Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of investment performance and analytical reports for Portfolio Managers, Client Groups, and Senior Management.
- Client Support: Address queries on fund/benchmark returns, asset returns, or attribution results, and support fund managers and sales teams.
- Data Management: Maintain portfolio data for accurate performance calculations and manage the performance-specific change process.
- Compliance: Maintain GIPS® composites and ensure compliance with GIPS® standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and execute continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in performance analysis, risk analysis, or a similar role.
- CIPM or CFA preferred (or working towards).
- Strong understanding of portfolio analysis, including performance and attribution calculation methodologies.
- Experience with FactSet, Morningstar Direct, Aladdin, or Bloomberg is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and programming languages (Power Query or SQL) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of various investment processes (equity, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives).
