Responsibilities:
- Support financial advisors within enterprise‑level RIA, bank trust, and multifamily office channels by assisting with relationship management, business development initiatives, and product inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with external consultants to strengthen existing relationships, pursue new opportunities, and ensure advisors receive timely updates on products and platform developments.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage all activity, track interactions, and maintain comprehensive records supporting sales processes and advisor outreach.
- Apply data and technology to identify priority markets and advisor segments, increasing platform penetration and optimizing territory strategy.
- Provide high‑quality service by addressing advisor questions related to investment solutions, account issues, and market or product‑related inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with select advisors across geographically diverse regions, including areas with limited in‑person consultant coverage.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant financial services experience, ideally in investment product distribution or internal wholesaling.
- Strong track record of exceeding territory sales goals and achieving top‑quartile sales rankings.
- Proven ability to build deep relationships with enterprise‑level RIAs and other wealth platforms.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA progress a plus.
- Series 7 or 6 required; Series 63 preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
- Strong understanding of investment products and research alignment.
- Salesforce experience preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
