Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation, placement, and renewal of P&C insurance programs.
- Collaborate with brokers and internal stakeholders to assess risk exposures and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyze claims data and trends to inform decision-making.
- Support enterprise risk management initiatives and cross-functional risk assessments.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property & casualty insurance or risk management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage broker relationships and internal partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related field (CPCU or ARM preferred).
