Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the evaluation, placement, and renewal of P&C insurance programs.
  • Collaborate with brokers and internal stakeholders to assess risk exposures and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze claims data and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Support enterprise risk management initiatives and cross-functional risk assessments.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property & casualty insurance or risk management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage broker relationships and internal partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related field (CPCU or ARM preferred).
