Responsibilities:

Oversee the full lifecycle of trading, operations, and settlement for interbank Foreign Exchange (FX), Fixed Income, and Money Market (MM) transactions, including associated support, administrative, and reporting functions.
Supervise and manage team members across MM, FX, and Treasury Middle Office (TMO), ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
Ensure all transaction executions comply with HKMA and other relevant regulatory standards, while maintaining accuracy and completeness in trade records.
Lead and contribute to treasury-related projects, such as system upgrades and process enhancements, to improve trading and settlement efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years' experience in Treasury operations, with at least 10 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Must hold valid SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses, along with unconditional Responsible Officer (RO) status.
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of treasury instruments including FX, MM, Fixed Income, and Structured Products/Derivatives, with familiarity in market best practices and settlement/confirmation processes.
Hands-on experience with SWIFT, RTGS, Euroclear, Clearstream, and CMU systems.
Proficient in Bloomberg, Microsoft Office, and other relevant PC applications.
Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
Possession of professional certifications under ECF/QF or issued by recognised industry bodies is a definite advantage.
