Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ultra‑low‑latency HFT strategies across global crypto markets.
- Oversee and optimise execution infrastructure, connectivity, and co‑location environments.
- Work closely with quant researchers, engineers, and developers to enhance trading performance.
- Analyse exchange microstructure, liquidity dynamics, and order‑flow patterns to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing quantitative and engineering team.
- Drive innovation and long‑term R&D initiatives within the HFT vertical.
Requirements
- Proven experience deploying successful HFT strategies in crypto or traditional asset classes.
- Strong programming expertise in Python, with a focus on low‑latency systems.
- Deep knowledge of market microstructure, latency optimisation, and exchange architecture.
- Previous leadership experience within high‑performance trading or quant teams.
