We Are Seeking: Global IT Manager
This is a newly created, hands‑on individual contributor role responsible for owning end‑to‑end IT operations globally. You will be the sole in‑house IT lead, managing infrastructure, coordinating external vendors, and building a scalable IT foundation to support continued growth.
The role is ideal for an experienced IT operations professional who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and being close to the business - balancing day‑to‑day execution with forward‑looking IT planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end IT operations across all global offices
- Act as the primary point of contact for external IT service providers
- Oversee IT infrastructure including hardware, connectivity, and office IT setup
- Lead system implementations and continuous improvements
- Manage IT budgets covering hardware, software, and vendors
- Drive IT standardization and integration across offices
- Support strategic IT planning aligned with business growth
- Provide IT coverage aligned to Singapore business hours while supporting global users
Requirements
- 10 to 12 Years of IT Management experience
- Strong experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and vendor management
- Comfortable operating as the only in‑house IT resource
- Able to support ~130-140 users globally, with planned growth
- Hands‑on, execution‑oriented, with the ability to think strategically
- No requirement for coding or deep system development experience
- Experience with small‑to‑mid‑sized enterprise environments preferred
- Strong communication skills; English required
- Singapore Citizen or PR

- Role Type: Individual Contributor (no people management)
- Level: IT Manager / Assistant‑level Head of IT
- Hybrid: Limited WFH (generally Mondays & Fridays, business‑dependent)
- Reporting Line: CEO
