What You'll Lead

  • Oversee capital activity including investor contributions and distributions
  • Deliver timely and accurate valuations and financial statements
  • Manage fee structures, profit allocations, and waterfall models
  • Generate performance analytics, including IRRs and custom investor insights
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships in partnership with senior leadership
  • Ensure operational integrity through robust controls and compliance
  • Mentor and manage a team of up to 10 professionals, fostering growth and accountability
  • Resolve escalated accounting issues with confidence and clarity
  • Drive process innovation and workflow optimization
  • Lead audit engagements and ensure seamless fund transitions
  • Spearhead recruitment, onboarding, and performance development
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive service delivery

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in fund administration, with at least 3 in a leadership role
  • Expertise in private equity or hedge fund structures
  • Academic credentials in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or business
  • Progress toward or completion of a professional accounting designation (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ACA) is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills-clear, confident, and client-focused
  • Proven leadership with a passion for team development
  • Analytical sharpness and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Adaptability to thrive independently or within a collaborative team
  • Strong interpersonal influence across all levels of an organization
  • Familiarity with fund accounting platforms; Investran experience is a bonus
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence
