Role Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting investment decisions and strategic initiatives across a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models for real estate investments and developments.
- Conducting market research and due diligence to support underwriting and investment analysis.
- Preparing investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting in the execution of transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings.

Role Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within real estate investment, development, or advisory.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Argus or similar tools is a plus.
