This firm is recognized as a top mid-tier player, offering end-to-end consulting services across industries such as insurance, healthcare, banking, and operations. Qualifications:
- 13+ years in finance transformation, CFO advisory, or insurance finance
- 10+ years of program/project leadership experience
- Strong consulting background (Big Four or similar)
- Deep knowledge of ERP/EPM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Experience with AI and digital finance solutions
- Proven leadership, client engagement, and business development skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale, multi-year finance transformation programs
- Advise CFOs and senior executives on finance strategy and digital solutions
- Design and implement finance operating models aligned with business goals
- Assess and improve core finance functions (FP&A, A2R, P2P, C2C)
- Oversee ERP/EPM system selection and implementation
- Manage full project lifecycles, teams, budgets, and client relationships
- Drive business development and contribute to U.S. market growth
- Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams
