Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equity Analyst to join our client's team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will focus on the technology and manufacturing sectors, providing in-depth research and analysis to support investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of companies within the technology and manufacturing sectors.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance.
- Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and other analysts to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and their potential impact on the sectors.
- Participate in company meetings, industry conferences, and other relevant events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equity research, with a focus on technology and/or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
