Job Requirements
Trading Experience
- Proven ability to generate alpha in crypto markets (CeFi, DeFi, or both).
- Experience managing capital or running systematic strategies.
- Candidates from traditional finance with strong quantitative skills and a passion for crypto are welcome.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python; knowledge of C++, Rust, or similar is a plus.
- Experience with backtesting, data analysis, and real-time trading systems.
- Familiarity with APIs, on-chain data, and DeFi protocols is advantageous.
Market & Risk Knowledge
- Solid understanding of market microstructure and execution.
- Strong grasp of risk management, position sizing, and portfolio construction.
Mindset & Collaboration
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Education & Experience
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Physics, CS, Engineering, Finance).
- 2+ years in a quantitative trading or research role (crypto or traditional).
