A PE- backed healthcare technology business currently raising its Series B and scaling rapidly is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Manager of Corporate Development/Chief of Staff. This is a high-impact role within a lean team that partners directly with the CEO to drive the company's growth and strategic initiatives.

- Lead and support the evaluation, execution, and integration of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments
- Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses to assess potential deals and initiatives
- Prepare and present materials for senior leadership, including board-level communications
- Conduct market and competitive landscape analyses to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess strategic fit and operational impact
- Drive strategic planning initiatives and support long-term corporate strategy development
- Monitor performance of existing investments and partnerships
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, finance, and operational teams
- Minimum of 1.5 years of full-time experience in Investment Banking or PE, with a strong focus on M&A
- Expertise in building complex financial models and conducting valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, comps)
- Experience preparing high-quality client-facing materials and transaction documentation
- Strong foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and deal structuring
- Excellent communication skills-clear, persuasive, and executive-ready
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and passion for excellence
