The US office is a client-focused hub located in Midtown Manhattan, while the UK office anchors product and engineering. With rapid client expansion and increasing onboarding volume, the firm is growing the team to ensure consistently high‑quality implementation and client experience.


About the Role

The firm is hiring an Onboarding Manager to coordinate client onboarding and implementation with hedge fund clients and their prime brokers. This is not a KYC or compliance role. Instead, it sits at the intersection of client service, prime brokerage operations, and implementation, ensuring all agreements, data, and processes are in place for clients to successfully go live on the platform.

You will work directly with clients, prime brokers, and internal teams to manage onboarding workflows, gather required documents, and ensure all configurations are completed accurately. The role requires strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to escalate issues when needed.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone junior‑to‑mid‑level with exposure to prime brokerage, financing, reporting, or hedge fund operational workflows-who wants meaningful ownership in a dynamic fintech environment and doesn't want to be pigeonholed into a narrow function.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary coordinator for onboarding new clients onto the platform
  • Work directly with clients and their prime brokers to collect necessary materials, including:
    • Letters of Authorization
    • Pricing agreements
    • High‑level implementation documents
  • Manage onboarding timelines and ensure each step is completed accurately and on schedule
  • Partner closely with internal implementation team members, including those with prime brokerage, financing, and engineering backgrounds
  • Clearly communicate requirements to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Identify bottlenecks and make sound judgment calls on when to follow up, push, or escalate
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes as the company scales
  • Participate in broader operational and client‑facing initiatives (small company = broad exposure)

  • Experience in prime brokerage, financing, operations, trade support, or related capital markets functions
  • Familiarity with broker onboarding workflows, financing documentation, or implementation processes
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
  • Clear, confident communicator who can build trust with clients and external partners
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong judgment and the ability to escalate appropriately
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Team player who is excited to wear multiple hats and contribute beyond a narrow job scope
