Role Overview

As the Business Development Director, you will be instrumental in expanding the firm's assets under management by:​

  • Identifying and engaging prospective institutional clients, including pension funds, endowments, family offices, and consultants.
  • Developing and executing strategic fundraising plans aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to tailor investment solutions that meet client needs.
  • Representing the firm at industry conferences and events to enhance its market presence.​

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in business development or capital raising within the asset management sector.
  • An extensive network of institutional investors and a history of successful asset acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of quantitative investment strategies and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.​
