Associate/VP - TMT (Digital Infra Focused)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop analytical and presentation materials for client engagements, focusing on strategic positioning, corporate actions, and market/industry trends.
- Construct comprehensive financial models to assess business performance under various scenarios and evaluate the impact of capital structure changes, equity and debt financing, or M&A transactions.
- Conduct in-depth valuation analyses, including DCF and LBO models, and support due diligence processes.
- Perform detailed industry and company research, along with financial analysis.
- Collaborate with deal team members to support transaction execution.
- Assist senior bankers in generating new business opportunities through idea development and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings, both virtually and in person when feasible.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong experience and track record from investment banking, private equity, or a Big 4 advisory role.
- Demonstrated transaction experience and interest in digital infrastructure (e.g., data centres, fibre towers), telecom, and technology sectors.
- Strong financial modelling skills and deep understanding of valuation techniques (DCF, LBO).
- Proficiency in preparing marketing materials, teasers, and investment memorandum.
- Solid grasp of corporate finance products and deal execution workflows.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly assess financial and business information.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
