Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Fellowship in the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) or (ACAS)
- 7+ years of actuarial experience, with a strong focus on pricing in Property & Casualty insurance.
- Proven track record of leading pricing initiatives and delivering actionable insights.
- Experience working with underwriting, product development, and regulatory teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across multiple lines of business.
- Build, maintain, and enhance actuarial pricing models.
- Lead pricing analyses to support underwriting and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, finance, and data science.
- Oversee and mentor junior actuaries and analysts.
- Conduct profitability reviews and portfolio monitoring.
- Prepare and support regulatory rate filings across jurisdictions.
- Present pricing recommendations and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and regulatory changes to drive innovation.
