Responsibilities
- Develop and refine accounting guidance to support U.S. financial reporting practices
- Analyze emerging standards and assess their implications for business activities and reporting processes
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate interpretation of accounting rules across new transactions and products
- Support the preparation and review of financial disclosures to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Create and deliver educational materials to help teams understand policy updates and technical developments
- Participate in initiatives relating to new products, regulatory changes, and process enhancements
- Promote strong governance by helping maintain effective controls supporting accounting and reporting
- Work closely with colleagues across regions to ensure consistent application of accounting frameworks
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in policy management, reporting quality, and operational effectiveness
