Responsibilities- Lead the accounting function for a fast‑growing services platform, ensuring accurate close, consolidation, and reporting
- Support the integration of acquired businesses, partnering closely with operations to bring new entities into a consistent accounting framework
- Provide technical accounting leadership across complex transactions and evolving accounting matters
- Build scalable processes, controls, and policies to support continued growth
- Serve as a hands‑on partner to operators and business leaders, balancing structure with practicality
- Lead, develop, and grow a high‑performing accounting team, setting a strong cultural tone
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and investors, communicating clearly across audiences
- Support audit readiness and external advisor relationships as the platform matures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required
- Experience leading accounting in a growth‑oriented, complex environment (PE‑backed or highly acquisitive preferred)
- Strong technical accounting foundation, including transaction‑related accounting and audit exposure
- Proven ability to support acquisitions and integrate new businesses
- Hands‑on leader who partners closely with operational teams and local leadership
- Comfortable engaging across audiences, from field leaders to executive team and board
- Track record of building and developing teams while fostering a strong, positive culture
- Long‑term mindset with interest in growing within a senior accounting leadership role
