Compensation: $115,000-$180,000 base + performance bonus
Firm AUM: ~$5B CLO AUM and rapidly scaling

The Opportunity
We're hiring a CLO Operations professional to support end‑to‑end operational workflows across a rapidly scaling CLO platform. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role partnering directly with the investment team, traders, trustees, and third‑party service providers. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of leveraged loans, CLO structures, and daily operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full CLO lifecycle operations across multiple active deals
- Perform trade capture, break resolution, and daily data validation
- Work closely with the investment team on loan settlements, trade activity, and portfolio updates
- Oversee multiple trustees and ensure accuracy across reporting and waterfalls
- Liaise with outsourced settlement partners
- Manage daily cash reporting, internal/external portfolio reporting, and weekly deal snapshots
- Assist with monthly/quarterly reporting cycles and GIPS‑related audit support
- Maintain deep oversight of CLO asset/liability mechanics, waterfalls, and P&L implications
- Support service provider oversight, accounting review, and operational controls
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of syndicated and middle‑market leveraged loans
- Hands‑on experience with CLO structures, waterfalls, and trade lifecycle
- Prior experience in CLO operations, loan operations, middle office, or structured credit operations
- Ability to work directly with PMs, traders, and senior leadership
- Curiosity, strong communication skills, and desire to work in‑office with a collaborative team
- Ability to manage fast‑paced trading environments and multiple active CLOs
