Technical Accounting Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review regulatory filings and financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
- Conduct technical accounting research and draft documentation for complex transactions and estimates.
- Maintain and update internal accounting policies and documentation for key processes, including credit loss modeling.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure consistency and compliance in financial reporting practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to public accounting and financial services.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
