As the firm continues to grow its portfolio, they are seeking to bring on two new team members: a Junior Leasing Associate and a Leasing Director. Position 1: Junior Leasing Associate
Role Summary:
The Junior Leasing Associate will support the leasing team in day-to-day operations, including lease documentation, CRM management, tenant communication, and marketing support. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing who is looking to grow their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with lease documentation, including drafting and reviewing lease agreements, amendments, and related materials.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to track leads, deals, and tenant communications.
- Coordinate with tenants and brokers to schedule tours, respond to inquiries, and support ongoing negotiations.
- Prepare reports and summaries for internal use, including leasing activity, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Support marketing efforts by helping with property listings, signage, and promotional materials.
- Participate in property tours and assist with tenant onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing (retail, office, or industrial preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Based in San Francisco or open to relocation.
Position 2: Leasing Director
Role Summary:
The Leasing Director will lead leasing efforts across the firm's retail portfolio. This includes developing leasing strategies, managing broker relationships, negotiating lease terms, and overseeing the performance of leased assets. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in retail leasing and a strong understanding of the San Francisco market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead leasing strategy for retail properties, including tenant targeting, deal structuring, and lease negotiations.
- Manage relationships with brokers, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee leasing activity across the portfolio and ensure alignment with company goals.
