Renewable M&A Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently complete the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of valuable project resources for the development or acquisition of solar and wind ground power station projects, analyze project investment returns and risks, and continuously track and promote project implementation.

2. Fully understand the asset investment company's development process system and investment logic;

3. Develop business plans for different projects, conduct business negotiations, coordinate internal and external resources, organize project modeling calculations, valuations, project compliance due diligence, negotiation of cooperation agreements, assist in financing plan design, implementation, and subsequent operation monitoring;

4. Responsible for liaising and coordinating communication with various government departments or partners to complete project approvals, permissions, grid access, project commencement, grid connection, land certificate, and other procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a full-time program from a recognized institution, with more than 8 years of experience in the renewable energy industry and at least 5 years of experience in the development of renewable ground wind power projects or asset acquisitions; having a certain level of social and personal resources in the renewable energy sector, with a preference for those who have successfully developed projects of 100-300MW or more;

2. Familiar with the entire process of renewable energy development work and knowledgeable about relevant professional fields in the renewable energy industry (including but not limited to understanding the current state and development trends of the overall renewable energy industry, local renewable energy policies in various provinces and cities, as well as investment risk control points);

3. Detail-oriented, responsible, and with a positive value system; clear thinking with strong analytical, logical reasoning, and communication coordination skills, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to accept challenges;

4. Able to adjust to irregular business trips as required by projects;

5. Preference given to those with certain renewable energy power station resources.
