Associate/Senior Associate - Client Servicing
Selby Jennings is working with a globally recognised investment firm to identify a highly detail-oriented and driven professional to join their Private Debt team in Zurich. This role supports the firm's Business Development and Investor Relations efforts, focusing on marketing, client servicing, and strategic communications across private credit strategies.
The successful candidate will collaborate with senior professionals across investment, legal, compliance, reporting, and sales functions to deliver tailored materials and responses to institutional investors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of private markets and a passion for client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a product specialist for private debt strategies, ensuring deep knowledge and proactive communication with clients and prospects.
- Support the Business Development team in maintaining consistent engagement with existing investors and targeted prospects.
- Draft and refine RFPs, DDQs, and other client materials, ensuring alignment with the firm's messaging and branding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless and high-quality client service.
- Maintain and update a central repository of marketing and client content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives across the team.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 4 year's experience in asset management, ideally within private markets and an internationally oriented firm.
- Bachelor's degree required; focus in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
- Comfortable supporting a wide range of activities, from event coordination to marketing execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail.
