The Role
- You'll play a key part in researching and developing systematic strategies, with a particular emphasis on derivatives, including:
- Volatility‑driven and options‑based signals
- Systematic derivatives models across indices, equities, or cross‑asset markets
- Market microstructure research and predictive modelling
- Strategy backtesting, validation, and live performance monitoring
- Collaboration with engineering to bring research into production

Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop systematic derivatives strategies
- Build predictive models using order‑book, volatility, and cross‑asset features
- Design and implement high‑quality backtests and simulation frameworks
- Manage model lifecycle from idea → research → production
- Collaborate closely with engineers on data pipelines, execution logic, and model deployment
Experience & Skills
- Strong derivatives experience (options, volatility, structured products)
- Solid understanding of market microstructure, pricing, and Greeks
- Strong quantitative skills and research mindset
- Python proficiency for research and modelling
- Experience working with large‑scale market data
- Ability to translate intuition and theory into systematic, testable models
