About the Role

A well-established insurance agency in Southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll manage a book of personal lines insurance business, assist producers with new and renewal marketing, and provide in-house customer service. You'll play a key role in supporting the agency's mission and values while contributing to its growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review personal lines accounts with accuracy and efficiency

Conduct annual account reviews and educate clients on coverage and exposures

Participate in agency incentive plans and renewal processes

Handle client inquiries regarding insurance, claims, and administrative issues

Maintain organized electronic and/or paper files with full policy details

Stay current with agency systems, policies, and procedures

Attend internal and external meetings related to banking and insurance

Sell insurance products and earn commissions

Refer new business opportunities across the organization

Perform additional duties as requested by management

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Solid understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in computer systems and agency management software

State insurance license required

Willingness to attend educational seminars and travel as needed

Flexibility to work at any branch location
