Overview:
A leading global consultancy is seeking a results-oriented professional to join its Performance Improvement team. This role is focused on driving revenue growth through operational and financial transformation. The ideal candidate brings a balanced skillset in strategic execution, financial analysis, and operational optimization, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support performance improvement initiatives that enhance revenue, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze complex financial and operational data to uncover insights and identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Design and implement strategies that improve profitability, streamline processes, and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and commercial leadership to align initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Develop business cases, including ROI and scenario modeling, to support strategic recommendations.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to ensure initiatives deliver sustainable impact.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive transformation across client organizations.
  • Contribute to client engagements by delivering high-quality work products and insights that support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in performance improvement, revenue optimization, or operational strategy, ideally within a consulting or advisory environment.
  • Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in leading initiatives that resulted in measurable financial and operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Familiarity with process improvement tools and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, BI platforms).
