A fast-growing fintech SaaS company is seeking a driven Account Executive to manage full-cycle sales across the Western territory (Chicago + West). This highly visible role works closely with leadership, marketing, and BDR teams to convert inbound leads and close new business with financial services clients. The ideal candidate combines consultative selling skills with process discipline and thrives in a high-velocity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Collaborate with marketing and BDR teams to maximize inbound lead conversion.
- Develop a deep understanding of buy-side vs. sell-side workflows and compliance needs.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and consultative expertise in every interaction.

- A proactive, coachable sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Process-driven and disciplined, with strong forecasting and CRM management skills.
- Comfortable switching between transactional deals and longer, consultative cycles.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in fintech or RegTech.
- Proven success selling into financial services (RIAs, broker-dealers, hedge funds, private equity).
- Ability to differentiate buy-side vs. sell-side decision-making processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; experience managing inbound and outbound motions.
- Familiarity with compliance, risk, or governance solutions is a plus.
