Role Overview
As Senior IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the company's information systems with its strategic goals. You will oversee IT operations, lead innovation initiatives, and ensure the security and performance of all digital infrastructure. This role combines operational leadership with strategic foresight, requiring a balance of technical expertise and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Operations Management: Oversee the company's IT systems and network, including maintenance, incident resolution, and user support.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an IT road-map aligned with business objectives and technological trends.
- Department Structuring: Centralize and streamline IT functions across departments to build a cohesive and efficient team.
- Architecture & Innovation: Design scalable and resilient IT architectures; evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., cloud, AI, cybersecurity).
- Project Leadership: Manage digital transformation projects, including system migrations, automation, and solution integration.
- Technology Monitoring: Stay ahead of tech trends and plan for system upgrades to maintain performance and sustainability.
- Service Quality: Ensure high-quality IT service delivery that meets internal and external expectations.
- Cybersecurity: Enforce compliance with security standards and implement robust protection measures.
- Budget Oversight: Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and licensing agreements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop internal and external IT teams to foster collaboration and performance.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT systems management
- Fluent in Dutch and English is a must (French is a big plus)
- Strategic thinker with a business-oriented mindset
- Proven experience in IT team structuring and project management
