Your Responsibilities:
- Lead an established team to deliver quality insights and analyis.
- Drive trading initiatives and strengthen quantitative models (e.g., Forward Curves, PPAs, Storages).
- Shape trading and risk strategies, contribute to algo trading, and enhance digitalization efforts.
- Manage market data, negotiate with vendors, and ensure data quality and accessibility.
What We're Looking For:
- Master's or PhD in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience in energy trading.
- Proven track record of leading teams and projects with a hands-on, cooperative leadership style.
- Strong expertise in renewables, power, gas markets, and quantitative analysis/modeling.
- Programming or IT project management experience is a plus; fluency in English required, German is desirable.
