FX/EM Institutional Sales - London
Overview
Our client, a leading European investment bank, is seeking an FX / EM Institutional Sales professional (Associate / VP level) to join its London-based team.
This is a key front-office hire, with a strong focus on Foreign Exchange, covering a broad base of UK institutional clients, including Hedge Funds and Real Money accounts.
The role offers a clear opportunity to contribute to the growth of the FX franchise, working closely with a well-established trading and structuring platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with UK-based institutional clients, including Hedge Funds and Real Money investors
- Drive FX revenues across spot, forwards, swaps, and vanilla/structured FX products
- Contribute to the expansion of client coverage, identifying new business opportunities and growing wallet share
- Partner closely with trading, structuring, and research teams to deliver tailored FX and EM solutions
- Maintain regular client engagement through meetings, calls, and market updates
- Monitor and communicate macro and FX market developments to clients
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Key Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in FX / EM Sales, Markets, or related front-office role
- Strong understanding of FX products and market dynamics, with a clear focus on FX
- Existing relationships with UK institutional clients (Hedge Funds and/or Real Money)
- Proven ability to generate revenue and develop client relationships
- Commercial, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
