Fund Manager
Our client is an Asset Management Firm headquartered in Singapore, focused on delivering tailored investment strategies across public and private markets.
They are looking to hire an experienced Fund Manager / Portfolio Manager to join the team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage discretionary portfolios (including VCCs and EAM structures) across public equities, fixed income, alternatives, and structured products.
- Collaborate with internal relationship managers to deliver tailored investment strategies aligned with UHNW and institutional client objectives.
- Work closely with private banks, legal counsel, fund administrators, and external fund managers to build pipeline ideas and execute investment mandates.
- Oversee the launch of VCC sub-funds, working with external vendors on fund documentation, compliance, and ongoing operations.
- Ensure portfolios are managed in accordance with MAS regulations and internal compliance frameworks, including performance tracking and client reporting.
Requirements:
- At least 5-10 years of portfolio management experience within an asset management firm, EAM, Family Office or related firms.
- Familiar with Singapore's regulatory environment (MAS CMS license or Appointed Representative strongly preferred).
- Experienced in structuring or managing VCC vehicles.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Mandarin.
