Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify technology training and adoption needs
- Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training for new joiners and existing users
- Develop high-quality training materials, including videos, guides, infographics, and e-learning content
- Maintain and refresh global and regional training resources to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Support the rollout and adoption of new systems, digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions
- Deliver regular drop-in sessions and targeted training for teams and practice groups
- Collaborate with regional IT and innovation teams to feedback user insights and improvement areas
- Produce regional communications (e.g. newsletters) to promote technology updates and best practices
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in change management, technology adoption, or training roles
- Background in legal, professional services, or similarly complex environments
- Confident facilitator able to deliver engaging training to varied seniority levels
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (virtual and in-person)
- Experience creating structured training content with strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple initiatives
- Willingness to be office-based most days and travel regionally when required
Nice to Have:
- Experience with document management, practice management, or workflow systems
- Exposure to e-learning authoring tools (e.g. video or interactive content platforms)
- Familiarity with digital signature tools and AI-enabled productivity solutions
Location & Work Setup:
- Asia region (office-based with some flexibility)
- Regional travel required
