Video Production Manager
We are partnering with a leading global digital assets platform to hire a Video Production Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a creative team in one of the fastest-growing sectors in finance and technology.
About the Role
- Oversee the overall management and daily operations of the video production team.
- Plan and optimize workflows to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Establish and enforce video content standards to maintain consistency with brand identity.
- Contribute to project ideation and provide strong visual direction.
- Ensure all content demonstrates high-level aesthetics and creative expression.
- Propose innovative video storytelling approaches aligned with brand positioning.
- Lead the team in producing high-quality 3D animation and visual effects.
- Utilize 3D animation/VFX pipelines (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
- Apply AI-powered tools to improve efficiency in design, video generation, and post-production.
- Provide on-set direction across scene setup, lighting, and camera movements.
- Oversee the entire production process from shooting to final delivery.
- Ensure the highest standard of production quality across all deliverables.
- Optimize video formats and performance across platforms (social media, website, events, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- 5+ years of video production experience, including at least 2 years in team leadership.
- Deep knowledge of the full video production process.
- Proficient in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Premiere Pro, and other professional tools.
- Strong experience in 3D animation and VFX; capable of leading complex projects.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools to video production workflows.
- Excellent aesthetic sense and strong visual storytelling ability.
- Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving and execution capabilities.
