A nationally recognized certified public accounting and advisory firm, with multiple offices across the U.S. and internationally, is seeking a Manager to join its Transaction Advisory Services Group at its headquarters. Position Overview:
The Manager will lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, working closely with professionals across accounting, tax, finance, and investment banking. The role focuses on delivering pre- and post-transaction due diligence services to help clients make informed decisions regarding potential transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transaction advisory engagements for both buy-side and sell-side clients.
- Conduct complex financial due diligence for middle-market companies, private equity firms, and lenders.
- Analyze financial data to assess trends, quality of earnings, working capital, and potential risks.
- Prepare customized reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits, engaging with senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams across tax, audit, and consulting functions.
- Support business development initiatives and client relationship management.
- Mentor and develop junior team members and interns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA license required.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in Transaction Advisory Services.
- Strong background in audit, accounting, and corporate finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
