This role is ideal for professionals with over 5 years of experience in technical support, client connectivity, and infrastructure coordination, particularly within high-performance environments.
Role Summary
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting enterprise clients by ensuring seamless connectivity, resolving technical issues, and coordinating infrastructure installations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service and maintain optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve service disruptions.
- Lead client installations and maintain connectivity to the organization's infrastructure.
- Advise clients on hardware and network strategies to enhance product performance.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and service quality.
- Maintain proactive oversight of network performance and circuit usage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or infrastructure coordination.
- Proficiency in network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, BGP), operating systems (Linux, Windows, Mac OS), and PC hardware.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage key accounts and coordinate across teams.
- Experience working in high-volume environments with multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Business proficiency in English and one additional APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Thai, or Hindi).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends (with time off in lieu).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA.
- Experience with telecommunications lines, network design, and security.
- Familiarity with FIX protocol and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with virtual environments (e.g., VMware, Citrix).
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and resolve complex technical scenarios.
