Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 + Bonus

As a Tax Senior / Tax Supervisor, you'll play a key role in tax engagements, review returns and workpapers, mentor junior staff, and work closely with managers and partners to deliver exceptional client service across a diverse client base.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review tax returns for closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
- Review work prepared by associates and provide coaching and technical guidance.
- Participate in tax planning, research, and consulting engagements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted resource.
- Mentor and support the professional development of junior team members.
- Collaborate with managers and partners on client service initiatives and special projects.
- Stay current on federal, state, and local tax regulations and industry developments.
Qualifications
- CPA license or CPA eligibility required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3-7 years of public accounting experience
- Currently spending 70% or more of your time reviewing tax returns and workpapers
- Strong technical tax knowledge and understanding of various entity types
Nice to Have
- Generalist tax background
- Experience serving High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals
- Experience with flow-through entities including partnerships and S corporations
- Exposure to industries such as:
