Sr. Finance Analyst
Sr. Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation, H&S, and Process Improvement teams to strengthen cost control and performance.
- Own daily/monthly cost tracking, variance analysis, and reporting across manufacturing and supply chain (MFG Expense, LOI, Inventory Reconciliation, Labor Productivity, etc.).
- Conduct in‑depth cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and influence key cost drivers.
- Support Capex management, standard cost updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with corporate and regional requirements.
- Maintain KPI dashboards that translate operational data into actionable financial insights.
- Lead semi‑annual physical inventory counts and ensure accurate valuation across manufacturing sites.
- Provide recommendations to improve inventory control and optimize working capital.
- Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles for headcount, expenses, inventory, and LOI.
- Partner with plant and regional leadership to provide strategic financial analysis and drive cost efficiency.
- Think strategically and connect financial insights to broader supply chain initiatives.
Sr. Financial Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Located within a commutable distance to Alsip, IL (no relocation assistance)
- Able to work 2-3 days per week onsite
