Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld suchen wir einen Spezialisten für quantitative Risikomodellierung. Der Schwerpunkt der Position liegt auf der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von PD für Privatkundenportfolios unter Nutzung großer und komplexer Datenbestände. Die Rolle bietet ein analytisches Umfeld mit hoher Relevanz für regulatorische Anforderungen und datengetriebene Entscheidungen.

Responsibilities

* Entwicklung, Pflege und Optimierung von PD-Modellen für Retail-Kreditportfolios.
* Analyse großer Datenmengen zur Identifikation relevanter Risikotreiber.
* Anwendung statistischer Verfahren und moderner Modellierungsmethoden.
* Unterstützung bei Implementierung, Monitoring, Dokumentation und Governance von Modellen.
* Zusammenarbeit mit Risiko-, Fach-, Daten- und Technologieteams.
* Sicherstellung regulatorischer Anforderungen über den gesamten Modelllebenszyklus.
* Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Risikomethoden und Standards.

Required Skills

* Studium der Mathematik, Statistik, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Physik, Data Science oder vergleichbar.
* Berufserfahrung in der Kreditrisikomodellierung, idealerweise im Bereich PD.
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse statistischer Verfahren und quantitativer Analysen.
* Erfahrung mit Python, R, SAS, SQL oder vergleichbaren Tools.
* Verständnis regulatorischer Anforderungen und Modell-Governance.
* Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
* Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse.
