About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Equity Analyst specializing in TMT or Semiconductor sectors to join our long-only investment team. This role emphasizes long-term, fundamental analysis and offers exposure to global markets, including A/H shares, ADRs, and U.S. equities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep fundamental research on companies within TMT or Semiconductor sectors.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and perform valuation analysis.
- Identify and recommend long-term investment opportunities aligned with the fund's long-only strategy.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic factors impacting coverage sectors.
- Prepare high-quality research reports and present actionable insights to portfolio managers.
- Collaborate with global teams to support investment decisions across multiple markets.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years in equity research or investment analysis.
- Long-only experience; buyside background strongly preferred.
- Market Exposure:
- Familiarity with A/H shares, ADRs, and U.S. markets.
- Skills:
- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to deliver high-conviction ideas based on rigorous fundamental analysis.
- Sector Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of TMT or Semiconductor industries.
