  • Define test coverage, limits, guard‑bands, logging, and yield metrics
  • Design and build test fixtures
  • Write and maintain Python test code
  • Deploy tests at contract manufacturers
  • Drive DFT / DFM feedback into schematics and layouts:
  • Travel to supplier sites as needed during NPI and ramp

Required experience

  • BS in EE, CE, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years building and deploying manufacturing PCBA tests
  • Strong Python skills for test automation and data handling
  • Comfortable working from datasheets, schematics, and register maps
  • ECAD experience (Altium, Cadence, Mentor, or similar)
  • Hands‑on debug with scopes, DMMs, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers
  • Direct experience working with contract manufacturers

Nice to have (not required)

  • FPGA bring‑up experience or basic RTL familiarity
  • C/C++ for embedded or test utilities
  • High‑speed digital debug (clocks, SERDES, power sequencing, SI/PI issues)
  • SolidWorks or mechanical familiarity for fixture coordination
