Senior Events & Communications Lead
A leading blockchain technology company is seeking a Senior Events and Communications Lead to drive strategic brand positioning and executive visibility across global platforms.
This role is ideal for a seasoned communications professional with a strong background in fintech, blockchain, or emerging tech. You'll be responsible for managing high-profile event sponsorships, crafting compelling content narratives, and preparing C-level executives for impactful public engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thought Leadership: Develop authoritative articles and op-eds for industry publications to position the company as a blockchain thought leader.
- Event Sponsorships: Oversee executive speaking engagements, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination with event organizers.
- Executive Preparation: Create tailored talking points, presentations, and Q&A materials for public appearances.
- Content Development: Produce engaging and technically accurate content (blogs, whitepapers, social media) showcasing blockchain innovations.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with blockchain-focused media and influencers to secure earned media coverage.
- Cross-Unit Communication: Lead PR strategies that communicate milestones across products such as stablecoins, wallets, DEX, governance, and investments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in events, communications, or PR, with at least 3 years in fintech, blockchain, or tech.
- Proven ability to manage event planning and budgets.
- Strong writing skills for press releases, thought leadership, and executive communications.
- Established media network within the blockchain space.
- Experience coaching C-suite executives for public speaking and media engagements.
